By creating an account or using iCookNow ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
iCookNow lets you store recipes, track a pantry, plan meals, and interact with an AI-powered cooking assistant. The app is currently offered as a private beta and may change, break, or be unavailable without notice.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide an email address you control. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live) to use the app.
You keep ownership of the recipes, notes, and other content you add. You grant us the limited right to store, process, and display that content back to you in order to operate the app, including sending relevant content to our AI provider to generate responses you request.
The AI assistant produces suggestions — recipes, substitutions, quantities, and cooking guidance — that can be inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for using your own judgment before cooking or eating anything. The app includes an automated allergy cross-check as a convenience; it is not a guarantee, may not catch every allergen, and does not replace reading ingredient labels and knowing your own dietary needs. Do not rely on the app for medical, nutritional, or food-safety advice.
Don't misuse the app: no attempting to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service; no using it to generate unlawful content; no automated scraping or resale of the service; no uploading content you don't have the right to use.
AI features are subject to per-account usage limits. We may throttle or suspend AI access that exceeds those limits or that we reasonably believe is abusive.
You can delete your account at any time from the app's settings. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or if we stop offering the service.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any recipe or suggestion is safe or accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iCookNow and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the app or reliance on AI-generated content.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above and, where appropriate, notified in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
